Swish House is a one-of-a-kind fitness class based on classic basketball training conditioning and exercises. In contrast with an average gym, Swish House emphasizes teamwork and love of playing the game, rather than a traditional workout like running on a treadmill. 

A 45 second promo showcased that anyone who enjoys basketball, no matter the skill level, can participate in and enjoy these classes.
