“Transport” is a personal stop-motion animation project that was conceptualized and executed throughout the year of 2018. 

The short film was originally intended to be a single shot to practice animating character movement. However, the animation exercise developed into so much more. From an unexpected beginning, a story came to life about a man pulled into an unexpected situation.

Concept designs, set construction, pre-visualization filming, and test animations were executed at the beginning of the year. Then production was conducted over two 14 hour shoot days, resulting in nearly 1,500 frames and one minute of footage. 

Editing, visual effects, and all other stages of post-production proceeded until “Transport” was completed in December.
